For a one time flat fee ranging from $399-$499 Fidelity Realty will list your property on the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors  (GLAR) Multiple Listing Service.  With this service Fidelity Realty Group is providing an advertising service  and does not represent the seller unless option 4 is selected below.

Fidelity Realty serves as your listing broker but  collects no commission at closing.  Once listed, you will be responsible for showings, additional marketing & open houses. However, if another broker brings you a buyer and you accept an offer you will need to pay them a commission.

Remember that while the average commission is around 2.5-3.5%, all commissions are negotiable.  You will however, need to state the commission you are offering the selling broker when you list on the MLS.

 

For Sale by Owner Services

 

                 Option 1: For sale by Owner MLS Assist: $399

 

                 Option 2: For sale by Owner MLS Assist with sign: $449

 

                 Option 3: For sale by Owner MLS Assist with sign and electronic lockbox: $499

 

                 Option 4: Contract review and transaction assistance: 1% of sale price paid at closing                  (max. fee $2,500)

Provide written description of the property for MLS, maximum 400 words

 

Provide any digital photos you would like to illustrate property

 

If applicable, provide keys for lockbox

 

Provide reliable contact information to our office.

 

Permit yard sign to be placed on front lawn or visible location from street until closing.

 

Notify Fidelity Realty as soon as the property is under contract, back on the market or sold.

 

Make any and all requests to modify, change or cancel this agreement in writing (fax/email acceptable).
